  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins after order confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Courier partner availability

    • Weather conditions or unforeseen delays

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery is offered on eligible products and promotions.

  • If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select products and locations.

  • Buyofy reserves the right to disable COD for:

    • High-value orders

    • Repeated order refusals

    • Incomplete or suspicious addresses

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

    • Email

7. Delays & Exceptions

Buyofy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions

We will, however, assist you in resolving delivery issues wherever possible.

8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  • If an order is returned due to:

    • Customer unavailability

    • Incorrect address

    • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be cancelled, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the package and product

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
